INSURANCE

We maintain maximum insurance cover of N100, 000.00 per airway bill. Where the value of the goods is above N100, 000.00 the shipper shall pay additional insurance to cover the excess. This protects customers against all risks of damage and physical loss. (Terms and conditions apply)

 

 

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

We provide effective customs clearance, we work with customs to expedite the clearance and get your goods delivered quickly and efficiently.

Flexible options in Broker selection enables the sender or recipient to designate a specific customs broker other than FedEx (or our designated broker) when shipping to other countries. FedEx Express can complete delivery after customs clearance, depending on clearance arrangements made by the designated broker.

 

 

FLEXIBLE PICK-UP AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

We provide flexible options for pick-up and delivery; weekday or Saturday pick-up and delivery, third party pick–up and delivery options, hold at location, drop and ship and others to suit the customers’ need.

 

 

PACKAGING

We provide tamper-proof, waterproof packaging for up to 2kg packages. This protects the items sent through our network from external damages. However, items can be accepted in customers’ own packaging, provided they meet the standard for safety and airline transportation. Otherwise they will be repackaged before shipping.
